[Electric Boats] Propellor selection question [1 Attachment]

[Attachment(s) from John Acord included below]

In planning the installation in a small (16.5') cruising sailboat I have been using the Eboat PMDC Spreadsheet to make the selection of the initial propeller pitch with the size maximum as to the aperture.  The best fit seems to be with a prop that has a pitch a bit greater than diameter.  Is there anything inherently wrong with that?  Most of the theoretical/practical info on props is related to ICE and does not seem closely applicable.

I'm not interested so much in speed but range.  It is basically a small motor sailor and 50-60% hull speed is fine, rarely in the 80% range, and occasionally extending the range with small generator/charger.

Attached is the spread sheet for reference calculations.

Thanks,
