Hello and please forgive me if I have misunderstood the group rules and etiquette.
I need advice.
I have salvaged a matched, custom built, 22kw, pair of "Motogen" " "Green Motion" electric motors, complete with two pairs of custom made Michigan four blade Gold-Line propellers and their custom built Fischer Panda 18kw 150volt ( DC) turbo diesel generator and the hydraulic lifting arms and stainless steel hinge brackets that enable the motors to be lifted out of the water when sailing - or enable them to generate electricity if left in the water. I also have a pair of Mastervolt Lithium Ion batteries that were integrated into the system. The system was salvaged from a state of the art all- electric catamaran that tragically burnt out on her moorings. The system when new cost the owner about US$70k. (The boat cost over $700k) The electronic systems were damaged by the fire and sea water and I cannot afford to replace them. I don't have the technical ability to improvise alternative controls and connections or bypass them. The catamaran I am building is a "wharram-like" vessel and not sophisticated enough to be able to utilise this system- a bit like fitting a Maserati Bi-turbo to a lawnmower. So I either need to find a way to use this propulsion or sell or swap it for something I can use to get my catamaran sailing. Any suggestions would be welcome.
I have attached some pictures.
Kind regards
