Great ppt and pdf on your Oday conversion. I was just mulling over the difficulties of a boat build when I saw your sailboat conversion.

I am guessing you are a fan of Keene's Elelment of Naval Architecture (or equal) as you have all the great basics down. If in doubt push it at hull speed with a big slow square prop.
