The bus, which can seat eight passengers, was developed and manufactured in Taiwan. Powered by rechargeable batteries and solar energy, the vehicle can reach speeds of 90 kilometers per hour on land and 12 kph on water, according to manufacturer CMC Magnetics Group [ http://www.cmcnet.com.tw ].

 

Services between Miramar Mall and Dajia Riverside Park will commence by late January 2011, with a one-way ticket priced at around US$8.50. The 15-minute journey comprises 1 kilometer on land and 2.5km on water.[] ...
