I can recommend SolidNav and their Explorer model. I installed one two years ago on my Ericson 27 (7000 lbs) and have been very happy with the performance and quality. The factory support was fantastic.

Regarding Electric Yacht, I don't think you would go wrong with them either. When I was looking for an electric propulsion unit I contacted them and was impressed with the help I received. The Electric Yacht guys were recently at the Strictly Sail sailboat show in Oakland and I had a chance to talk to them and check out their product, very nice.
