Thanks. My background is electrical engineering :-)

What I want to know is if the mosfet (or IGBT?) and other components they use in the potted module doing the pulse width modulation at 20khz have a maximum voltage rating higher than 16.4V. With no schematic at hand and no real easy way of identifying the parts used in their circuit I am a bit stuck.
