That will be a single phase induction motor and probably have terrible
torque at low speed - it may not even be able to start spinning against
the water around the prop. They are also pretty low power - you can't
get more than around 2500W out of a domestic power point. (In Aus this
is 2400W - 240v times 10amps). My electric lawn mower is a piddling 900W.

Most people avoid going over 48v for safety reasons.
