You didn't say where you're located, so I'll answer your question as if you're in the US.
There are a number of US vendors that can provide a suitable system for your boat. Here's a quick list off the top of my head. Try contacting Advanced Marine (builders of the AMeP drive systems), Annapolis Hybrid Marine (US distributor for ASMO drive systems), Electric Yacht, Solid Nav, or Propulsion Marine. All of these turn-key system vendors have customers in this group that have successfully converted their boats to electric drive and are typically pretty responsive. There are probably other vendors and there are a number of online companies that can sell you a DIY kit that you can fabricate into a complete drive system.
