The full version of Adobe Acrobat will save in a number of formats including JPEGs; that is what I would typically use but it does cost money.
Failing that, maybe someone has a freeware converter online. Use a trustable download site ... CNET owns http://downloads.com or try sourceforge.net/ too. Both trustable.
