Price domestically is running $1.30 per a/hr per 3.2 volt cell. So, 48 volts @ 200 a/hr should be 1.30 X 200 X 16 (for 48 volts) = $4160.00. Sound about right?

Hi Michael,
It seems like you are a "hands-on" sorta guy, why not buy the cells and BMS domestically and assemble the bank yourself? 

The pre-packaged lithium solutions readily available here tend to be pricey (Mastervolt, Torqeedo, etc), but you can put a safe, reliable, and powerful bank together yourself with a bit of research.

I did it a couple years ago, and with the increased understanding of these cells, better documentation, and improved products, it's easier than ever.
