[Electric Boats] Looking or advice

 

Hi;
I'm planning to convert a 16-ft Jim Thayer "Victoria" hull to electric drive rather than steam. Yahoo "norman d steam" for pictures of the steam version. As I'm more a steam nut than an electron guy I plead total ignorance in where to start, motor size etc. I know this might seem simple, but could you point me in the right direction for outfitting such a small craft.
